We would consider it a privilege to include you or your loved one in the care package mailings sent overseas throughout the year. All information will be kept confidential. We follow OPSEC regulations.
It is very important that an approximate month of return be included in the information when a name is submitted so that we can use our resources wisely. We want to make sure the packages will be received by our heroes and not returned to us unopened.
If the servicemember returns early, is extended, or has a change of address, please keep us informed by sending a message to admin@militarymissions.org.
Due to rising expenses, we MUST have a valid email address to check status of Hero’s deployment before sending a care package. Too many boxes are returned due to Hero returning home prior to the date we have been given. Postage is our biggest expense so we have to take extra precautions before shipping. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
PLEASE NOTE: Emails may be sent periodically to verify address and return date. A response MUST be received or the name will be removed from our list.
If you are submitting several people with the SAME address and redeploy date, you can list the individual names in the comment section instead of submitting each one separately.
